Test Environment Manager for BEC

We are looking for a test environment manager ready to share and grow
You will be part of the Test Environment Management (TEM) department based in Roskilde and have a lot of co-operation with your colleagues in Poland.
We are building up a central Test Environment Management department and you will report to the manager of the department.
The department will centrally be responsible for the overall coordination, governance, policies, procedures, strategy, and monitoring of BEC’s test environments.
The department is primarily located in Poland, and almost all people are right now focusing on handling test data management (approx. 10 persons). The main responsibilities for the overall coordination, governance, policies, procedures, strategy, and monitoring of BEC’s test environments are new. We expect that approx. 3 persons should work on this part. You will be the first person working exclusively with this part, which means there is a big chance to influence the area. You get a unique opportunity to set the direction and do the execution within a new area.
Primary task and responsibilities
In the position as test environment manager, you will work closely with the test environment coordinator, the rest of the department and all in BEC using the environments.
Your primary tasks and responsibilities will include:
- Describe/define the test environments in BEC:
- policies and procedures
- Test environment coordination

Preferably, you have an educational background at minimum Bachelor level within IT or other relevant fields of study and minimum 5 years of experience from a similar position.

- Some experience with test environments including governance, procedures, policies etc.
GDPR knowledge is a plus

With colleagues in teams distributed in Denmark and Poland, you must master English at a high level both in writing and orally.
