We offer a fixed price for any given recruitment based on your specific needs.

We use a fixed price per recruitment. We set the price based on a specific assessment of your needs and the difficulty of the task. We charge one third of the fee as a deposit at the outset of the task. If we do not solve the task under the agreed upon conditions, you get the deposit back. The deposit ensures a shared momentum in the collaboration.

Framework agreements and cooperation agreements

We have framework and cooperation agreements with several of our customers, with whom we have a long and continuous collaboration. In these types of partnerships we have more leeway to be proactive with relevant candidates, allowing us to present candidates without there necessarily being a 'job profile' for a given role. In those cases, our fee is usually 30% lower than it is for a ’classic’ recruitment.
